Lake Powell

We made it! We have been trying to make it to Lake Powell for about 6 or 7 years now. We wanted it a family tradition..hopefully we will keep it going. It was so fun. We went the week after Labor day and there was hardly anyone there. It was great! (Although, our favorite campground was closed)Bummer. But, we found a great spot and had a blast!
The boys loved being by the water and playing in the red sand...our beach toys still are red!

This was a fun sand hill the kids played with...it kept Princess away from the water!

"B" has skiied before...but he gets nervous...so he would ski..and i would chill in the tube. It was fun!

He loved it when he got going..he would bounce his legs..it was fun to watch other boaters watch..and "B" would wave to them. It was so cute! What a stud!

The trip was a blast and ended with a boom....i got sick the last night..not fun when your camping and the bathroom is yards and yards away..atleast it seemed so. Poor mike had to pack up camp by his self. On the way home we stopped at McDonalds, while leaving mike was holding Princess and i noticed she had a monster "blowout". It was all over mike and all over her. Yucky! Then we got about an hour from home..when it hit mike..luckily we made it home with no more accidents!
Bad ending to a fun trip!
